What on earth am I looking at... it looks delicious and it probably tasted like that too... but still

The meat wasn´t that great actually. It had a lot of fat on it. The meat itself was hard to find. Peruvians like it this way. I don´t.
The top layer is a sort of bacon. The white below is fat then bones and maybe some meat.
In the glasses you see chicha and chicha morada. Both from made from corn. The morada is from black corn. The other one is fermented, so with alocohol.
